PAYMENT OPTIONS
AS a purchasing customer, there are two payment options available for every item:
A.
One – Off Payment: All items are paid for in full before delivery.
B.
Payment by Installment: Alternatively, payment in installment is allowed subject to completion within 12 weeks. Every customer is expected to complete payment within a maximum of a 12-week period.
In other words, all payment should not exceed 12 weeks. Default in payments lead to cancellation of order.
DISCLAIMER
All customers are advised that PERK Electronics does not accept cash payment in any form. All payments are to be remitted to the company’s authorized account.
To this end, NO STAFF of PERK Electronics Limited is allowed to receive cash from or make cash payment for or on behalf of any customer.
PERK Electronics Limited shall not be responsible for any payment which is not made directly into our account.
REFUND AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
PERK ELECTRONICS LIMITED rarely makes refund.
Under very strict cases, we offer partial refund as seen in cases below:
1) Customers with payment plan B (payment by installments) are allowed to use their fund to pick other items of the value of their deposit.
2) Customers with payment plan B (payments by installment) who have defaulted in meeting their obligations and seek refund will only be eligible to 50% of their deposits should they reject policy 1 above.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
An order is deemed cancelled if there is a default in meeting payment obligations (Refer to payment option B).
In the which, the customer is at liberty to pick another item of the value of credit s/he has or opt for the option of a partial refund, as the case may be.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Upon completion of payment, delivery of item purchased will be processed.
The transportation cost will be borne by the customer/client. The Customer will be notified of the delivery cost prior to delivery date.
All items shall be tested and confirmed to have been received in good condition.
RETURN POLICY
Our technicians at Perks Electronics Limited install and ensure that all items are delivered without fault.
Hence,
1) All items received in good condition cannot be returned.
2) Customers are to sign a delivery note affirming receipt of item in excellent condition.
3) On very rare instances where there may be factory faults and need for product recall; we will notify customers via the email provided during registration for resolution.
